30‑Day Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: Moriyume26@gmail.com

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used massage melts

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
